The company has 5 permanent and more than 20 temporary staff (75% female). The company provides market opportunities to smallholder farmers while mitigating marketing risks through contract farming.

We closely work with 3000 Herbs & spices producers/small-scale farmers located in South, Central, South West Regions, Amhara and Ormoiya region, with the support of Ethiopia’s famous Wondogenet Agriculture Research Centre for Aromatic and Medicinal Herbs. We supply the required volume as need arises throughout the year.
